The Problem It Solves

Money work is where small disconnects become expensive. Invoices are typed again from project data, payments are matched by hand, and the books are assembled at the end of the period from files that disagree.

  • Invoices rebuilt from other tools

Client and project details are re-typed into invoices, so errors reach customers.

  • Not knowing who owes what

Receivables and payables are scattered, so chasing is irregular.

  • Payments reconciled by hand

Bank and cash movements are matched line by line, and late.

  • Books that lag operations

Payroll, vendor bills and training fees reach the ledger long after they happen.

  • Approvals in an inbox

Refunds and expense claims wait in email for someone to notice.

  • Reports built at period end

Profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow are compiled manually.

Without it, and with it

The same everyday work, before and after.

  • Without it

Invoice details are retyped from project files.

    With it

Invoices are raised against the client and project records that Projects manages.

  • Without it

    Payment follow-up is irregular.

    With it

Payment links track partial and full payments, with receivables and payables in view.

  • Without it

The ledger is written up afterwards.

    With it

Settled transactions post to a double-entry journal automatically, feeding the general ledger and trial balance.

  • Without it

    Approvals wait in email.

    With it

An approvals inbox lists pending transactions, refunds and employee expense claims in one place.

What it does

Finance covers the whole money cycle. Raise invoices, credit and debit notes against your clients and projects, collect payments through payment links, track receivables and payables, reconcile bank and cash accounts, and review the books through a general ledger, trial balance and financial reports.

It does not keep a second copy of your business. Customers are the client records from Projects, vendors and bills come from Procurement, payroll runs come from HR and training fees come from Training, so finance reads the same facts the rest of the company works from.

Primary purpose

Record money once, reconcile it against the books and trace every figure back to its source.

With AI Intelligence, ask which invoices are unpaid, which customers owe the most or what was received this month, and get a table or chart from your real records.

  • Automations on invoice events

When an invoice is created or paid, a workspace automation can email finance, notify a role or call your own system.

Automation & workflows

How work moves from start to finish without hand-offs and re-typing.

Invoice to cash

From billing to a recorded payment.

  1. 1

Create the invoice for a client and project

  2. 2

Send it with a payment link

  3. 3

Reminders go out before the due date, on the day and when overdue

  4. 4

A payment settles it, a receipt is issued and an invoice-paid event fires

Transaction to ledger

Bookkeeping without a second entry.

  1. 1

A transaction is approved and settled

  2. 2

A balanced two-line journal entry is created automatically

  3. 3

The general ledger, trial balance and reports update

  4. 4

A mistake is corrected by reversing the transaction, which reverses its entry

Use cases

Real tasks, real roles.

  • Invoice a project

Raise an invoice against the client and project, send a payment link, and watch it move to paid.

  • Month-end close

Reconcile bank and cash, review the trial balance and financial reports, then close the fiscal period.

  • Pay vendors

Review bills from Procurement and record vendor payments against them.

  • Reimburse staff

Approve employee expense claims from the approvals inbox and pay them.

Supported business scenarios

  • A services company billing clients by project
  • A business that wants bank reconciliation and clean books each month
  • A company that wants payroll, purchasing and training revenue visible in one finance view

Benefits & business outcome

What changes for your business.

Money in and out is recorded once, reconciled against the books, and traceable back to the client, project, vendor or employee behind it.

  • Books that follow operations

Entries post from settled transactions rather than being re-typed at month-end.

  • Faster collections

Payment links and scheduled reminders keep unpaid invoices from going quiet.

  • One customer, one vendor

Finance reuses the client and vendor records the rest of the platform maintains.

  • Reviewable by design

Corrections reverse a transaction instead of editing history, and changes are audit-logged.

Who it's for

Finance leads and accountants, founders who bill clients, and operations teams who approve expenses and pay vendors.
