Key Responsibilities
What you'll actually be doing day to day as our AI/ML Engineer.
Model Development
Build and evaluate ML models for classification, forecasting, and vision tasks.
Full Lifecycle Ownership
Own data prep, training, evaluation, and deployment end to end.
Data Pipelines
Build data pipelines and feature stores for training and inference.
Monitoring
Monitor deployed models for drift and performance degradation.
Productionization
Collaborate with engineering to ship models via APIs and services.
Documentation
Document experiments and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For

Relevant Experience
2–5 years of experience in applied machine learning.
Core Skills
Strong Python skills with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
Fundamentals
Solid grounding in statistics and machine learning fundamentals.
Bonus
Experience deploying models to production is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
Not required, but these would make you stand out from the pile.
