The Problem It Solves
Every company holds logins, domains, certificates and documents that matter far more than their place on a shared drive suggests. They are kept in messages, spreadsheets and people's heads, and are noticed only when something expires or someone leaves.
Passwords in messages and sheets
Shared logins end up in chats and documents where anyone can read them.
Expiries that surprise
Domains, hosting, certificates and licences lapse because the dates were not tracked.
Client details scattered
Each client's accounts, links and documents are spread across personal folders.
Everyone sees everything
Without assignment, access is all or nothing.
No record of who looked
When a credential is viewed or copied, nothing is written down.
Leavers who know too much
When someone leaves, it is unclear what they could still reach.
Without it, and with it
The same everyday work, before and after.
Without it
Logins live in chats and spreadsheets.
With it
Credentials are stored with passwords encrypted and masked by default, and revealed or copied only by people with permission.
Without it
Renewals are discovered when something stops working.
With it
A daily expiry sweep flags expired and soon-to-expire domains, hosting, certificates and licences to the managers who renew them.
Without it
Client information is spread across personal folders.
With it
Every record belongs to the company vault or to exactly one client.
Without it
No one knows who opened what.
With it
The audit log records who revealed, created, changed or opened what.
What it does
Digi Locker holds the logins, documents, URLs, accounts and notes that belong either to your company (the Company Vault) or to one specific client. Passwords are encrypted at rest, masked by default and shown or copied only by people with the reveal permission, and each reveal is logged.
A daily expiry sweep flags expired and soon-to-expire credentials, domains, hosting, certificates and licences to the managers who need to renew them. Employees see only the clients, and optionally the company vault, they are assigned to.
Primary purpose
Store company and client credentials securely, audit access reveals, and prevent service expiration outages.
